The Challenge
The Ambitious Essex Growth Hub had established a solid reputation for providing high-quality support to Essex businesses. However, engagement levels varied significantly across districts, with some areas and business communities less aware of the support available.
Our challenge was to strengthen local connections, increase the number of businesses supported, and build a consistent county-wide presence — all while operating within existing budgets.
We needed to make the Growth Hub a recognisable, active presence in every district, reaching founders where they are; in local networks, high streets, and online communities.
