The Kent & Medway Growth Hub was already an established and well-regarded service. The challenge for Smarter Society was not to rebuild from scratch, but to amplify impact within the existing budget, increasing the number of businesses supported, improving responsiveness, and enhancing the quality and consistency of data reporting.
