Introducing electric vehicles into secure fleets
Throughout the programme, Smarter Society worked on developing a fleet solution that would support introduction of secure electric vehicles. Based on current technology, the first electric secure vehicles will be rolled out in mid 2023. All major depots have been fitted with EV charging infrastructure. Further electrification is planned for 2024 onwards.
