We use psychology to make SME mentoring more effective
Our approach to mentoring is different. We use psychology in order to make the process more effective for our participants and their businesses. When working with entrepreneurs, startups and established companies, our mentors look beyond what the business does. Our technique involves exploring how the individuals think, their understanding of their customers and how they overcome barriers to success.
We run large scale SME mentoring programmes
We run large scale mentoring programmes for customers who include Visit Kent, the London Borough of Hounslow and Optivo. Our experience and skills lie in engaging with and supporting entrepreneurs who do not use traditional support channels. By putting to work the delivery and mentoring model developed by our in-house Psychologist we are able to provide meaningful support to a large number of participants and capture valuable reporting data for the client.
